E4 Office Ltd want to deliver your purchase to you in the shortest possible time and will do our utmost to ensure this happens.

Our service to you

As all of our stock comes directly from the manufacturer, deliveries can vary from next day to 3-4 days. Some items are bespoke products that are manufactured to order. Should you have any questions about the delivery time of the product you require please call us on 01733 530170 so we can give you an accurate delivery date. We are constantly in touch with our manufacturers and can get an answer back to you extremely quickly.

Dahle shredders and larger trimmers show internationally held stock. We hold some UK shredder stock ready for shipment but where the stock is international and due to factory conversion to UK specification, there may be a delay of 12-15 days on some shredders and larger trimmers and cutters. These products are delivered on a pallet. If your requirement is urgent please call or email as requested below.

Delivery is to your door by a tracked national parcel carrier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.

Stock changes rapidly – so if your order is required urgently, please check by calling 01733 530170 or email prior to placing order.

Difficult deliveries.

If you suspect delivery may be a problem, please add information to your delivery details when you order e.g. ‘leave in porch if no reply’ or ‘leave at No19 if no reply

If the delivery fails because the carrier is unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier to make the delivery, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call the depot. If you do not call the depot or fail to contact E4 Office Ltd on 01733 530170, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the delivery.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated and are shipped via CityLink (or similar) with tracking and drop-off with signature. Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
